Mindstorm

A fearsome & fantastic journey to the heart of the Savage Id.

Name:
Location: Invisible City, North Dakota, United States

Read my book, The Mind-Warp Era. It'll tell you about the real Lead--& his alter-ego, the true Rootboy covered with slime (the Savage Id). Partly a poignant memoir, partly a cosmicomic book, it relays the Id's adventures thru dark dimensions of funereal dread, with Timothy Leary as co-pilot. (The rumors of his death have been greatly exaggerated.)

delicious & nutritious

Yesterday (I write these blogs while Trish is sleeping), Trish did a lot of housecleaning. We ate at Feed My Sheep, where Lillian told us that Trisha had been in a traffic accident. If she can't take her daughter down to Billings for her kidney surgery, her husband will. This has created a lurid pallor for Trish; especially driving.

When we came home Trish decided to make some peanut butter cookies; Karen bought us some really huge jars of Jif. I decided to do some more work on Mindstorm, when Kimothy rang the doorbell. I made the sign for "busy" -- she corrected me; I hadn't done it quite right -- so she took off. I finished "Acid Contains Light" & then went on to the next chapter, which in Mind-Warp is combined with the following chapter & severely shortened, something that I may need to do again in this draft.

We ate leftover Mexican meatloaf for supper, then took our baths -- Trish's hair is so pretty when she washes it. We watched the Buffster kick ass, shot the Orgasm Death, & listened to reggae in bed.

Today we got some email from Trish's dad. I also checked out www.sfwa.org to see if Blow Job Thrower is on the staff, & learned that Sci-fiction is being shut down. Well, the rates were good -- 20 cents a word -- but the stories were crappy.

Now I must go & assist the vorkling Finny (no longer Lead) in escaping the dread Sophie.
